Single-phase AC asynchronous motor is a motor commonly used in washing machines. The reason is very simple. However, since the motor is operated at a constant speed, the speed and torque are converted by the belt drive and the deceleration clutch during operation, and the washing and dehydrating actions of the washing machine are respectively completed. The ordinary drum washing machine does not have a deceleration clutch, and only the first belt is used as the deceleration and transmission. The different speeds during washing and dewatering are done by different pole-number windings of the motor. The windings are mostly 2 poles / 12 poles or 2 poles / 16 poles. This allows the washing speed to be approximately 40-60 r/min and the dewatering speed to be approximately 400-600 r/min. When people want to further increase the dehydration speed, most of them choose to change the slip of the motor to change the winding voltage of the motor to achieve the purpose of adjustable dehydration speed. Washing machines driven by single-phase AC asynchronous motors. Their weaknesses or deficiencies are gradually being seen:
(1) The washing machine has a complicated structure, low working efficiency, unstable speed, large starting current, high failure rate and low control precision;
(2) In the structural setting, the motor shaft of the washing machine and the geometric center axis of the drum cannot be coaxial (requires belt deceleration), and it is in an offset state, and it is this "offset" that fits the washing machine at work. There is a problem of vibration and difficulty in balancing. Therefore, we forced us to increase the cultivation to suppress the vibration load noise when the whole machine is working;
(3) The inherent structure and external characteristics of the motor determine that the power per unit volume of the motor is small and the starting torque is biased.
